The village Morey comes mostly from the lieu dit Clos Solon from 45 year old vines. A mixture of raspberries, blueberries and floral notes. Generous on the plate with good depth of berry fruits and touches of spies. Round, long and well balanced this is a very good village wine. From 2017-2025
The Bourgogne is made from an assemblage of parcels in Vosne Romanee and Nuits Saint Georges. It is deeply coloured with spicy cherries and sweet raspberry notes. Rich and broadly flavoured this is amazing for a generic appellation. From 2016-2023+.

Lovely and yet delicate smoky red fruits and spices. On the palate the wine demonstrates great freshness and vibrancy with plenty of elegant lightly spiced red fruits. This is a pretty, medium-bodied Clos de la Roche that is long and balanced with great finesse. From 2020+-2035.
A touch closed aromatically to start with though the palate had some lovely, juicy, vibrant red berry and redcurrant flavours. Nice weight, elegant and attractive this is a very pleasant Village Morey Saint Denis. From 2116-2025
In a tasting of red wines it is always a little difficult coming to a white mid-way through. There are some here in Burgundy who prefer to taste their reds first and then gravitate to the whites though I don’t personally subscribe to this view. Thierry Brouhin who has agreed to stay on managing the wine operation brought along the 2014 barrel sample of Lambrays but unsurprisingly, it was at a bit of an awkward stage to taste.
The 2013 has lifted aromas of dark cherries, plums, spices and forest floor elements. On the palate it combines sweet and savoury flavours with bright, fresh acidity. Elegant and nicely textured this has good potential. From 2020-2035.
