2013 Bourgogne Blanc- Dujac
In a tasting of red wines it is always a little difficult coming to a white mid-way through. There are some here in Burgundy who prefer to taste their reds first and then gravitate to the whites though I donβt personally subscribe to this view. Perhaps, in part due to my palate, the Bourgogne Blanc came over totally charming with ripe touches of pears, apricot and a lovely floral note. Soft and smooth on the palate with rich fruits and a cut of fresh acidity, this is lovely and easy going. From 2015-2020
