| Another relatively bountiful and late harvest that only got started in late October though yields were high which caused some problems with quality. At the very top end, there are some good wines notably DRC was very successful but in general the wines were firm and lacked a certain style and elegance. The whites suffered with most growers chaptalised in an attempt to balance the acidity. None will be of any interest now. |
