2013 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Gaudichots -Domaine Forey Pere et Fils

This tiny vineyard is situated next to La Tache in its south-western corner. The Forey plot was planted in 1930 and only 1,200 bottles were made in 2013. The bouquet is powerful and expressive with rich red fruits, spices and violet notes. On the palate there are layers of dark cherries, sweet raspberries and Asian spices. This is an outstanding wine with great depth and focus. One of the top wines of the tasting. From 2022-2035+.
