Rare Burgundy Magnums

Magnums are one of the great pleasures for fine wine fans as they are made for sharing with other aficionados, friends and loved ones. Magnums are not simply aesthetically pleasing and allow for more people to enjoy the same bottle, in practical terms the wine is better protected in two crucial ways; better conservation due to the air space between the bottom of the cork and the surface of the wine, which is virtually the same weather in a standard bottle or magnum. Larger bottles have thicker glass and are able to better insulate the wine against fluctuations in temperature and light.
